Because you can sort of see people, you are constantly (unconsciously) searching for the usual visual cues that you constantly (unconsciously) identify and process in face-to-face interactions. But because of the many limitations of video conferencing (tiny pictures, poor lighting, poor resolution, bad camera angles, etc.) you can&#039;t actually pick up those cues for the most part and end up feeling frustrated and drained, even after positive conversations, without really knowing why. :-/]]></description>
