Dear Jennifer, I’m so sorry about your own medical stuff. I think the writing stuff has to be in the background while we try to heal and we can’t beat ourselves up for it. I was looking and seeing I haven’t submitted much since before August, and barely written in two months. We’ll keep hoping for better health and better writing energy soon for us both!

Yesterday I went to see my psychologist and our big topic was not being sorry that you can’t do things because of your disabilities. I’ve been fiercely holding onto that issue and unfortunately I do not have a wonderful partner like Glenn. So, I’ve been under fire for not being active enough, or fun enough, or doing what everyone expects. My doctor was very firm that those things are not our fault and we have to put our energies where they best serve us. All of us following you and enjoying your work know that there’s going to be times for resting. We’re totally cool with that. Don’t worry about us and try not to be too hard on yourself. Also sending good energy and gratitude to Glenn. My hat is off to him in respect of his goodness.
