					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for this.  I&#039;ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the tasks I need to do.  It&#039;s good to be remembered that it can all get done if I do it little bit by little bit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I was a younger, unpublished poet, I felt that pressure of everything I hadn&#039;t done yet.  To avoid getting overwhelmed, my goal was to do something towards my writing goals every day, for at least 15 minutes.  That could be writing a poem or sending out a packet of poems to a journal or researching journals or any number of tasks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just getting started was often the key.  And thinking in terms of baby steps was the key to starting.]]></description>
