					<description><![CDATA[If it&#039;s any consolation, we have had a tough time selling the condo that we bought for my mother-in-law to live in.  She died years ago, and we&#039;ve had more than one application go nowhere because the Condo Board wouldn&#039;t approve the buyer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lots of horror stories about trying to sell condos down here in South Florida.  In later years, should that dream job come and you need to move, you might be glad that you couldn&#039;t buy one.]]></description>
