Thanks guys!
Karen, the second edition has the same poems (with the exception of deleting one wrong word in a poem) inside but different art work inside. Plus, it's available in print from bookstores and such :)

Looking forward to reading the second edition of She Returns to the Floating World.

Taxes depress me. I don't even think about them until March!

I know this is a bit left field, (as we say in Britain, because, you know, American culture gets everywhere) but you should consider Finland. I was there a few years ago and discovered to my pleasure that it is a country where a poet can still make a decent living. Poetry is massive there and not a lot of people outside Finland know that. I admit I don't know how well foreign-authored poetry does - and of course the translation dificulties would be interesting, but who else is trying to get a foothold in that massive, well-read market? They do have a small population compared to the US, but EVERYONE reads poetry. I kid you not.

Just a thought to cheer you up on a dull day. Personally, on days like those, I try to enjoy the small things - my dog's slobbery welcome, the fact that I pulled a needle from my daughter's foot yesterday and felt such a dad - that sort of thing.
