I have a hard time saying no myself. I know part of that, for me, comes from a childhood of lack so especially when I work with people who seem like they are in need – I want to try and help them.

I’m going back to the classroom in the Fall, but I’ve learned a lot in the last few years about how to balance. It is good to step back once and a while to assess finding that balance again. I know you will!
